Virtual learning team communities

Abstract. In school teachers and students build different relationships in cyberspace that play a significant role in the hours of learning. The organization of learning in a virtual environment helps students to pave the way to new concepts – from something already familiar to the real idea of what they are about to learn. Communication and building a community of learners /teams / create the premise on which form and develop knowledge, skills and competencies. Collaboration on specific activities, which are based on teaching group, stablishes relationships between members, while each gets new knowledge. A well-organized virtual environment for learning is based on the idea that everyone needs to belong to the society and to feel useful to others.
